Shipping and payment methods

We offer the following options for receiving and paying the ordered product.

1. Personal receipt of the goods, cash or credit card payment upon receipt of the product.
    In case of a product in stock, it can be taken at any time from the day following the order, during opening hours. The product is booked for you for 5 working days. If the product is not taken within 5 working days after the order is made, the order and the reservation will be canceled.
    If the product arrives in our warehouse by your order, we will inform you about the receipt and will ask you to take the product within 5 working days of your information.

2. Personal receipt of the goods, advanced payment
    The full amount to be paid and the details required for the transfer are included in the order confirmation. If you need a proforma for the payment please contact us and we will send you it by e-mail.
    In case of a product in stock, it can be taken at any time from the day after the right amount has been received, during opening hours. We book the product for you.
    In case of a product not in stock, the order will be activated upon receipt of the right amount. We will notify you of the receipt of the product and ask you to take the product within 5 working days of the information.

3. Delivery by courier service, advanced payment
    The full amount to be paid and the details required for the transfer are included in the order confirmation. If you need a proforma for the payment, please contact us and we will send it you by e-mail.
    For a product in stock, we will give it to the courier within 24 hours after receiving the right amount. If the product arrives in our warehouse by your order, we will inform you about the arrival and will agree the delivery date with you.

4. Delivery by courier service, cash on delivery

    For a product in stock, we will give it to the courier within 24 hours after the order. The total amount payable is included in the order confirmation and in the invoice shipped together with the goods.
